Understanding Building Space and Landlord Requirements

We will work closely with you to understand your current building occupancy and identify market leasing rates. We will also discuss the types of Tenants you hope to attract for your property. Once we agree on a strategy, we will execute a Listing Agreement with you.

Marketing

At our cost, we install adequate, eye-catching signage on the outside of the building. We also create a professional marketing brochure highlighting the features of the property and which spaces are available. The property is then placed on the top commercial listing services. We will also proactively reach out to other commercial brokers to advertise the property.

Touring

A member of our team will accompany every Tenant tour. We feel this is important in order to answer questions as they arise and point out the features of the property.

Letter of Intent

When a potential Tenant has interest, we will typically receive a Letter of Intent. We will assist you every step of the way in negotiating favorable terms in an effort to structure the very best deal for you.

Execute a Lease Agreement

Once we have a general agreement between the parties outlined in the Letter of Intent, we will help to execute the formal lease agreement.
